Wata babbar kotu a Kano ta ba da umarnin wucin gadi da ke hana korar ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa na jam'iyyar NNPP mai kayan marmari, Sanata Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso.
Kotun wadda Mai shari'a Usman Mallam Naabba ke jagoranta ta yanke hukuncin ne game da wata buƙatar wucin gadi, inda ta jingine dakatarwar da aka ce an yi wa Sanata Rabi'u Kwankwaso a matsayin ɗan jam'iyyar NNPP kuma kada hukumar zaɓe ta amince da dakatarwar da ake cewa an yi masa har zuwa lokacin da kotun za ta saurari ƙarar ta kuma yi nata hukunci.
Takardar kotu ta bayyana cewa waɗanda ake ƙara sun haɗar da Cif Boniface Aniebonam da Gilbert Agbo Major da Barista Tony Christopher Obioha da Kwamared Ogini Olaposi da Hajiya Rekia Zanlaga da Mark Usman da Umar A.Jubril da Alhaji Adebanju Wasiu.
Sai dai, rahotanni na ambato ɓangaren da ake ƙara na jam'iyyar NNPP a ƙarƙashin jagorancin Gilbert Major Agbo na sanar korar ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasar nasu daga NNPP.
Ɓangaren dai ya ɗora alhakin korar a kan ayyukan zagon ƙasa ga jam'iyyar da kuma ɓarnatar da kuɗin yaƙin neman zaɓen jam'iyyar.
