Kano Gov. Annouces Passing of Senior Special Assistant on Radio, Abdullahi Tanka Galadanci
With the total submission to the will of Allah, the Kano State Governor regrets to announce the passing of Abdullahi Tanka Galadanci, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Radio.
Mr. Galadanci passed away on 26th March 2025 after a brief illness at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
In a statement by the Governor’s Spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf expressed profound sorrow over the loss, describing Mr. Tanka Galadanci as a dedicated and invaluable member of the administration whose contributions to the state’s media and communication landscape were significant.
“The demise of Abdullahi Tanka Galadanci is a great loss to our administration and the entire Kano State.
“His commitment and passion for enhancing our communication channels will be deeply missed."
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time,” the Governor stated.
The burial rites for the late Abdullahi Tanka Galadanci are scheduled to take place today at 5:30 PM at the Filin Galadanchi Mosque, near the residence of Galadiman Kano.
